Doing Yoga
I stare at the TV,
thinking how easily
they do the yoga poses
trying to copy halfheartedly.
Mind sometimes
asks to give up.
It’s now or never,
I advise my mind,
to grab the opportunity
with the current scenario.
I watch the TV
listen to the instructions
and try to do chakrasana.
